  In a heart-wrenching outburst, Peller, the man who has become a viral figure across Nigerian Christian spaces, has finally responded to Evangelist Kesiena Esiri, who called him a “clown” and a “madman” while preaching in church

🎥 In a now-viral video, Peller did not mince words. Here’s his FULL statement:

> “You called me a clown in church sir? Say me madman? In church? Let me take you on a journey in the Bible — John 4. Don’t judge people because of their look. My family, we have a Muslim name but we go to church.

Now this Pastor Ebuka invited me to his house — we do ‘Adonai’, we worship, we speak the word of God. Next thing you say we’re mocking. Even if I speak it don’t mean anything, sir — yes, I’m telling you.

Now the world is showing me pepper — I run to the church — and the pastors, you guys are pushing me away. So I should go to Satan?

You even say in one video that ‘why are people following me?’ God will judge you, sir. That hatred you have for me, God will judge you.

So everything don finish for Bible to preach? It’s now Peller they’re preaching in church?”

The internet is ablaze. The body of Christ is divided. While some say the Church must uphold order, many others ask:
Where is the love? Where is the grace? Why turn away a soul seeking refuge?

Has the church forgotten the well in John 4? Are we driving away the Samaritans of our generation?

News: Flood ravages Maiduguri communities after 3-hour downpour Some part of Maiduguri, the capital city of Borno on Wednesday submerged after a heavy downpour that lasted for more than three hours, leaving many families homeless. The situation has already crippled vehicular movement in many areas due to floodings. A News Agency of Nigeria correspondent who went round the metropolis reports that worst hit areas include Moro-Moro, Damboa Road, Customs, Bulumkutu, Dubai along Maimalari Barracks, and Pompomari By-pass. LAGOS GOVT URGES RESIDENTS IN LEKKI, IKORODU, OTHERS TO RELOCATE AS HEAVY RAINS PERSIST

The Lagos State Government has urged residents in flood-prone communities across parts of Lekki, Ikorodu, and Ajegunle to relocate to safer, elevated areas, warning that the state is at high risk of flooding due to continued heavy rainfall. Speaking on Politics Today, a Channels Television programme, Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, said residents in low-lying areas such as Ajegunle (Ajilete axis), Majidun in Ikorodu, and some parts of the Lekki corridor must move immediately to avoid disaster. “Epe, Mushin, and Ikeja are safe,” Wahab clarified, but warned residents in Isheri (OPIC axis) to also stay alert, noting that Lagos, being a coastal city, remains highly vulnerable to the effects of climate change. He revealed that predictions from the Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) indicate that Lagos will receive significantly more rainfall this year compared to 2024.
